More Info about Extra Gaming for Extra Life

Even More Info

Math Trade
We put together a super quick Math Trade, just for extra kicks. You can find it here.

Virtual Flea Market
If that wasn't enough to entice you down on Saturday, November 8th - we are having a virtual flea market as well. You heard me right! You can find that over here.

Donating to Children's Miracle Network
As you can see above, our suggested donation per person is $20. You have several ways to make a donation, some of which you can take care of now, to make things go even smoother on Saturday, November 8th.

For your donation to be tax deductible
If you want to get the full tax benefits from your donation, you have two options.

- Before you arrive at the event, you can go to the Tennessee Game Days: Extra Gaming for Extra Life Team page. Once there, you can join our team and make a donation (while the minimum fundraising goal you must choose to create an account is $100, your actual donation does not have to be at that level). We have a running list of donors so you'll be all taken care of when you arrive on the 8th.

- You can also pay by check at the door. If you pay by check, your donation will be tax deductible and you will receive an acknowledgement in the mail for tax purposes.

If you don't care about tax deductibility
You can still do the above options, or just make a cash donation at the door. All proceeds will be donated to Children's Miracle Network designated for Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital. We may be able to accept credit card payments at the door, but will know for sure next week. But, again, you can pay ahead of time by credit card and get the tax deduction by following steps above.

That's all for now - hope you're planning on attending!

TGD X Filling up Fast

Registrations have been brisk for TGD X next March. So brisk that we're officially fully subscribed for Early Bird Special #1. That's right - five months out and people are making their plans. It's not too late to enjoy Early Bird Special #2 - but I'd act sooner rather than later on that one (stay at the hotel and attend for free)!

Extra Gaming for Extra Life!

Tennessee Game Days: Extra Gaming for Extra Life

Can't wait for Tennessee Game Days in March? You don't have to - we are hosting a new one day event: Extra Gaming for Extra Life.

Extra Life is a fundraising program that benefits the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals® (CMN). People gather to play games together and raise money to benefit children's hospitals around the country. While the program to date has been video game centric, it's time for the board gamers to show they care!

TGD is hosting our one-day event to specifically benefit the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt, this region’s CMN Hospital. It will be Saturday, November 8th. More details will be coming soon, but save the date. As Extra Life's tag line says: Play Games. Heal Kids.

More info soon!
