Extra Gaming for Extra Life!

This Saturday, November 3 is our annual Extra Gaming for Extra Life event! Each fall we gather for a 24 hour gaming marathon to do good while having fun! During the event we raise money to benefit the Monroe Carrell Jr Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. All the money raised is going directly into an initiative to expand the cancer wing at the hospital. We hope that you'll join us this weekend! Here's all the details that you'll need!!

WHEN?
This Saturday, November 3rd starting at 10 am and going through until Sunday morning at 10 am. That's right - a 24 gaming marathon 25 hour gaming marathon!!

WHERE?
Tech Hill Commons
500 Interstate Blvd S, Nashville, TN 37210

WHAT?
We'll have a good portion of the TGD gaming library available to play throughout the day. There will also be lunch and dinner provided on Saturday to keep you fueled up for gaming! In addition, there will be prizes! Check out what you can win:

    Prize Reward Levels

  • $10 - Entrance to the event, the meals, and one prize ticket
  • $25 - Door Prize Bonus - Five More Tickets for the prizes
  • $50 - Door Prize Bonus - Five More Tickets for the prizes

  • $150 - Door Prize Bonus and Free TGD Individual Admission
  • $300 - Door Prize Bonus and Free Game of Your Choice! (MSRP $60 or less, from Game Point stock or available to order)

HOW?
To join us for the day we ask you to do two things:

  1. Sign up for our Extra Life Team (Tennessee Game Players) at the official site.
  2. Raise (or donate yourself) $10. That level gets you admission, food and one ticket for a potential prize.

We would love to shatter our past fundraising efforts, so if you want to hit social media or send out an email to friends about playing games to help sick kids - great! If not, no pressure - we are happy you are joining us to play games!

Can I just pay $10 at the door?
As space allows yes, but to help us with planning and food requests, registering with our team would help a ton. If you are worried about spam (but to be honest they don't email very much at all), go ahead and use an "old" address.

Hope you'll plan on joining us for a great event that is not only fun but doing some great things for some really sick kids in Nashville and beyond! Game on!
