• Calendar – Schedule of all Events and Locations.
  
  
• Event Signups – Full event descriptions. Reserve your spot for something happening this weekend!Teamup has a mobile app, and there the List view works best.
  
  • Click the Signup button. Add your name. If you add an e-mail, the system will send you a reminder 30 minutes prior to that event only (i.e. no other events or mailing lists).
  • Your name will be added to the roster found below the description.
  • Click the Share button to add the event to your ical/google calendar.


• Create your own event! – Available Friday and part of Saturday in the Clydesdale room and Saturday afternoon/evening in the Franklin room. Consult the Calendar above for times.
  
  • Attendee scheduled events show in black. There are 6 tables in Clydesdale, 8 in Franklin. Do not overbook it. Do not create events when Clydesdale is dedicated to Prototype Gaming on Saturday (noon-7pm) or Franklin is busy in the AM. Do not book in any other rooms, use the slack to organize elsewhere.
  • Click in an empty area to create a new event.
  • Click Options, Signups, toggle both switches, and the drop down to allow all users to view.
  • Sign up yourself! This will create a time stamp in case someone overbooks the room.
  • If you need to edit anything and cannot, ask about it at registration. Prior to TGD weekend, e-mail russ@conquestgaming.com.
  • Click the Share button to add the event to your ical/google calendar.
